Small screen on Chronicles of Mystery Scorpio Trial

The game seems to run fine but the screen is about half the size of my monitor surrounded by a thick black border. The graphic options don't allow for changing resolution and have no other options that effect screen size. I tried changing my screen res from the desktop but it has no effect in-game. I have also looked for a config file in the installation directory with no luck.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Maybe there is a config file in the game profile in My Documents?
