problem installing 15 Days
Anyone else having problems installing 15 Days? It downloaded fine but I get an error message saying that some of the files are corrupted. I have tried downloading it again and same thing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I wont hold my breath waiting for a response from support.

Sometimes with downloads, if the download is corrupted it won't redownload properly until you've deleted the original files. Clear your browser's temporarily internet files and do a search for "15 Days" on the computer, which might turn up temp files. Rebooting the computer can also help to clear out temp files.
I can't speak to 15 Days specifically, but I used to provide customer support for Telltale and we got reports of this sort of thing a lot. Finding and deleting the temp files from the original (bad) download usually resolves the problem. |
