Wii users - setting up wireless internet
 

Hello all

I need your help, I've tried connecting to the internet on my Wii (using Wireless) for the first time the other day and I kept getting this message:

""Error Code: 52030. Unable to connect to the Internet. Please see the Wii Operations Manual or visit support.nintendo.com for assistance."

or Error Code: 52360 or something.

Am I doing something wrong? Do I need a wireless router thats combatble with the Wii?

By the way, I'm using a PAL Wii.

My advice would be to visit here and look up your error code. To me it sounds like your router is not accepting the Wii WiFi. I have a Sky Broadband Modem and it connects fine. I've also tried it on a BT Modem and it connects fine there as well. If you have an incompatible modem, it may be worth buying one of these.

I'm with TalkTalk and I'm using D-Link Wireless Router but the one I have isnt compatible with the Wii.
