sherlock holmes: the case of the rose tattoo
 

I'm stuck badly in this game, it became so frustrating that I even suspect a game bug. i've followed walkthrough to the point where I'm supposed to draw the curtain in Hargrove studio, but every time i attempt to do this, the guy tells me not to and Sherlock stops. I've consulted several versions of walkthrough and I believe i've done everything I needed to do, but maybe not in the correct order. pls help :\

Hi, you are the same person from youtube? Here is my reply again: ok, I looked up a walkthrough, there are 2 things in particular: 1)Pratt's bedroom: you have to pick up and examine the picture and later show it to Hartgrove 2) examine the formula with the lab table back at 221B ///
and also pay attention in the video when conversation choices with Hartgrove show up, make sure in your game, you also have all those choices... if you are missing even one conversation choice, then that means you've missed doing something related to that choice...

yes it's me, from YT. I have done all of the above, but one of my dialogues is different than in the video. I have an option to say "is there a 2nd studio behind the curtain", but hargrove answers, that it is not convenient to go back there. In your video, Sherlock says that Hargrove has been playing a dangerous game, and is willing to call the police himself if not allowed to go backstage...
it just seems to me that sherlock in my game is unable to connect all the leads, which I believe I already have.
