Secret files 2: how to stop washing machine, get bolt

Hi all,

I'm sort of stuck in Secret Files 2: Puritas Cordis. I know I have to make an outfit that looks like the strange lady's one (pink bathrobe, sunglasses and such) and I think I need the washing machine for that. How can I stop that machine? And how can I get the bolt out of the wall? I think for both I need something that is not yet in my inventory but I have no idea what.

Please help me?!
