Evidence The Last ritual black screen on Win Vista
 

full CD install, load the game with the last ritual disk and allows creation of account etc, when that is complete and click the login for account it shifts to a black screen and stays that way indefinately.

running Windows Vista, quad core 4 gb ram w/ Nvidia GT 7950 card that drivers are up to date for.

any info on how to get this working would be appreciated I know it is an older game and may not work.

A few things to try:

- Disable Antivirus etc. before installing
- Install to other folder than Programs Files
- Install with compatibility settings
- Disable any desktop enhancement programs

I have had the same problem for 5 hours, but eventually, I tried the simplest thing to get it working.

If you experience a black screen indefinitely once you load evidence the last ritual, all you would need to do is download the latest version of quicktime from apple.com. This is enables features needed for Vista and Win7.

I hope this helps all of you that is experiencing this problem.
