Backing Up Chronicles Of Mystery TreeOf Life

Hi. After this tuesday I will have basically a new computer. This is what I am getting:

GIGABYTE - RADEON HD5770,850Mhz,1GB,GDDR5,PCIE2.0,DVI, HDCP, HDMI,DX11
AMD Phenom II X2 550 Dual Core 3.1GHz

Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H (has USB 3.0 and SATA 3 for the future those devices aren't out yet)
AM3, AMD890GX, 4DDR3, 2PCIE2.0, RAID, GbLAN, 3FW, SATA3, USB3, ATX

CoolerMaster Sileo500 Soundproof SILENT Black Midi ATX Case - NO PSU

I currently have Windows Xp.
How do I back up my saved game files so I don't have to restart? I know I will have to reinstall but I rather not restart. Thanks for any help.
