How to get the hornets' nest ?

Fien told me that in order to scare the jaguar (big cat) I need the hornets' nest.
I've tried all the thing in my inventory on the nest. And I can't make any combination with my items.

use big bamboo stick, but do NOT put the nest in you inventory, or you'll die. just carry the nest on the stick to the windmill

I am using the big bamboo stick, but when i use the bamboo stick on the nest the hornets are coming out to kill me. What it the trick? What's wrong with my stick?

I finished the demo and liked it! I'll probably buy the game.

First I've found a bandage for Mina. Then she puts the monkey to eat. Then she puts the monkey to find what's that motor noise. Then she goes in to the windmill. I have treat her wound with ants, then she is trapped because of the jaguar and I need to do something.... I tried already the bamboo stick on the nest but...

In the lake is a flower or something but is too far so the monkey can't reach it. I can't make combinations between items to get that flower... I don't know what to do to take the nest...

Woosa, I know this sounds crazy, but I read at another forum that the hornets are repelled by mud and stuff. Did you wash yourself with the sponge in order to be hugged by Mina? Go back to the lake or pool with the flower you can't reach and get dirty again.

Kind of ridiculous when you think about it...
But I liked the demo, will buy RtMI2.

Yes, the game is nice and have a good graphic and puts your mind at work. Even you are 100 years old and still need to think to solve the problems in the game. You can learn something from this game, at least one or two things from all of it. I am waiting this game. I hope they will make another 2-3 sequels

I didn't have a sponge and I also didn't notice that I had to be dirty to get the hornets' nest . Still, I made it. I hope I can keep the saved games for when I have the real game.
