Vampyre Story - GamersGate download at snail-crawl speed

This is outrageous!

My d/l speed is as low as .17 kb/s and no higher than .6 on rare occasions. I have high speed broadband cable internet that is working fine otherwise. Have any of you experienced this? I wrote to them demanding my money back if there is no solution to this. This downloader application is incredibly clunky and just plain unprofessional.

I tried turning firewall off too, before anybody suggests that.

Could just be trouble on the cable somehwere between you and them.
Not always either their or our own fault
