The longest journey {stuck}

Hi everybody!

Well, im stuck in longest journey I. In first arcadia scene, the map seller dude ask me to delivery a map to "someone" white dragon and give me a list of names, but he don't tell me where he lives. Can someone give me a tip, if possible not the spoil?

Thank you. Hope u guys understand me, i don't speak english pretty well.

The map is to be delivered to a Captain Nebevay of the White Dragon. Where would you think a "captain" might be found???

Yeah i know, maybe close to the sea at docks... But theres only 2 destination options available; the marketplace and the city gates. Im not missing some kind of information?

EDIT: OHHH, i forgot that the screen moves when i walk close to the screen edge. Hahaha ok now i can go to the docks! Ty anyway!
