Touch detective - pavement in the touch list
 

I am trying to find the pavement because I want to fill the touch list. I found 2 walkthroughs which say it is possible in chapter one. Anyone know if this item is only available in chapter one or if it is first available in chapter one and also in the remaining chapters. I have been clicking all over the screen and starting to go crazy. I have found item 22 the stone pavement what I need is item 23 pavement around fountain.

It's under the spot where a woman sometimes stands near the fountain. I got after beating the game, but I had to wait for her to leave...
