Can anyone help me out with a part in the game where I am stuck? I am trying to figure out the idol on the beach and for some reason I am not getting it. Thank the game makers you don't have to do the puzzle in order or I would be screwed. But I would like to get past this so any help would be lovely.

The statue needs two feathers, two shells and a flower. And there's a knot somewhere, but you've probably already done that. The big problem is picking the right colours.

Silver's riddle tells you that the sky has to be mirrored in the sea. That should help you.

It means that each feather must be of the same colour as the seashell below.

Furthermore, you know they're supposed to combine in the middle.

So the colour of the flower should be the combination of the colours of the two feathers (or shells).

One of the seashells is already in place, so you know what the feather above must be. Then, you need to know what colour to pick for the other seashell and feather. You must choose this colour so that, combined with the colour already in place, it makes the colour of one of the flowers you have.

You should have a red feather above a red seashell, a yellow feather above a yellow seashell, and an orange feather in the middle.

Hello everyone! Could someone PLEASE help me out because I'm stuck beyond hope over here...

Where I am:

I have been informed by the injured pirate that I can get the key I need (to set my-lady-to-be free) from the pirate guarding the passage leading to the swamp. However, I can't approach him through the swamp as my character says it's too dangerous to go that way. The only other way I know to get there is by using the rope over the crag (near the beach). Problem is I can't go that way either as there is nothing to use to hang from the rope in order to get across. I don't think I can do anything in the inventory either, as I have tried all possible combinations of the stuff I've got.

What I need:

Any ideas on how I'm supposed to get to the pirate? I think I've figured out what to do from that point forward to get the key from him (fix the trap and stuff), but... how do I go to that part of the island again?!
