Trouble in "Tunguska" !

If you have ever played Tunguska, would you mind helping me ?

My role now is Max and I got inside the mysterious hospital. After breaking the satelite disk, I don't know how to silence the guard. I tried to take the wedge so I can lock him in but I'm not allowed. I tried to give him an injection but I can't combine the sygine to the amonia or the aresthetic, maybe it seems to be used later. And I tried to attack him with my scalpel but I'm not allowed, too.
So what am I going to do now ? Please help me !

did you know that max and nina can exchange items?

there's a pipe running down the side of the building that connects to nina's cell, and nina needs to make a sort of rope that can be passed down the pipe. Then items can be exchanged.

Juat injecting him would involve hand to hand combat and Max is a bit of a weed. What you need is some sort of ranged weapon Exchanging objects with Nina is necessary for this.

More specifically

Spoiler:
The leg of the chair in Nina's cell

To get that you'll need to

Spoiler:
Pass Nina the scalpel

Then you can

Spoiler:
Use the leg, the syringe and the PCP to make a blowgun.

Advanced warning, there is a bug in this section of the game that affects some people. At some point in this section you'll trap an animal. If you still can't pick it up once you've trapped it (no hotspot for it) then you'll need to install this patch.
