Default Lego Star Wars 2 : Video Problem

Having played it on the Playstation I just had to get this game. It's loaded up and running fine but I have a problem with the videos. The sound and the video are getting out of synch (with the sound running ahead)

I have a 2.53Ghz Celeron. I just upgraded my memory from the 256MB minimum recommended to 1GB but this doesn't seem to have fixed the problem. I believe my sound card is DirectX 9.0 compatible (how do I double-check that?) and my graphic adaptor is an Intel 82845G.

Any ideas what might be the problem?

I could be wrong, but I'm guessing that the graphics chip isn't up to it. Does the Intel 82845G actually have vertex and pixel shading support?
