Default Al Emmo, help please!

I'm stuck with the skeleton and my dear friend Antonio in the treasure chamber. Can't get to the lever, don't know how many times I've tried. I read what I'm supposed to do in the WT, but it's no help. I can't do it. I can get to the pillar, but somehow I don't "hide". Or Mr. Skeleton turns back.

I really hate these actiony gamestoppers. Want to finish the game, loved it.

Does anybody have a save game to get me past this point?

Hmm... have you tried using the hand icon on the pillar?

It's been a while since I played and the puzzle was tweaked since then, so I'm afraid I don't know what else to suggest.

(Are you sure you're going to the right pillar? IIRC, it's sort of close to the door you came in through.)

Fienepien,

I have a save game after. After you leave the room with the skeleton, you stop the river again and end up at the overturned mine car (which is where the save is at). If that's OK, I can send it to you. Even zipped, it would be too big to attach to a post though.

Hey, that would be great, thanks Melanie! I was afraid Al might go the way of Sanitarium, GK3, Shivers2 and other adventures with nasty action sequences near the end.

I'll send you a PM with my email address.

PS: I don't know what I'm doing wrong, fov, but yes I did click the hand icon on the pillar near the door.

I had a lot of problems getting past this part of the game. It took me about an hour. I can't even remember now what exactly I did to finally get the skeleton close enough to Antonio that the shooting began. I vaguely recall walking back and forth in front of that pillar until it finally triggered.

I loved the game, but this part was a little annoying.

Anyone noticed any installation problem in this game. My game installs very slow.

Same installation problem is also been reported at official site here http://www.himalayaforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=459

Anyone else also faced the same ?

Ooh, an Easter egg? I didn't even know this existed.

I'm tempted to ask for your save game, but I think I'll try it myself first.

Hi fov,

Yes, at some point about 7% installation I thought the game installation is having some CRC error, but after some time it went fine.

I have checked the official board and it is a known problem and nothing to worry about.

Default This is an old thread but I need help too

I have looked at mystery manor for a saved game, which they have, but it is for the disk version. I have the downloaded version of Al Emmo, which is not compatible with that version to get a saved game. Does anyone have a saved game where the skeleton is shooting at me from the downloaded version? I am at a standstill here. Thanks.
