From pretty reliable sources, there were last minute delays in the printing of the CD & box etc.

(Thursday August 24th) ~~~ But I'm pretty certain it will be released any day now... literally !!

Thanks so much for the endorsement Len . Yes, kids, now that the game has been released we've published the Official Guide to Al Emmo and the Lost Dutchman's Mine at Spyglass Guides. There's tons of interesting and exclusive content - concept art, developer insights, interviews with the voice actors, and an intro by Britney Brimhall. We've all worked our butts off on it and I hope you all take a peek and enjoy it!
