Monkey Island 3: got crew, ship and map... now what?

I've signed up the three pirates from the barbershop as crew members, I've persuaded the ape captain and his crew to leave their ship and I've got the Blood Island map off the guy on the beach... I was shown a cutscene of LeChuck doing some evil plotting and was then back in Puerto Pollo where nothing further happened. My crew is still in the shop...

What am I missing?

Ah okay that'll be it. I thought I was going to look for her with the crew, but I guess I have to do that first then...
