Have any of you played hanamushi, a browser adventure game?

I'm stuck where the little boy's friend is captured in a cage in the air. I can get up on the roof to the stone tower, but can't do anything there.

This is a sweet little game, in Japanese, so I can't read what is being said, though there is little actual speech anyway.

Actually, the game is called Pokku's Friend, and I must thank you for linking to it! I didn't realize he had another game out. Have you played the other one also, Straw Hat Girl?

I just started playing Pokku, but if I get to the point where you're stuck I'll surely post something here.
