Is there some kind of instruction manuel for this game? I downloaded it and was able to have the "Nerd" pick up a couple of items but that was about it. I could not access items in my inventory once collected, nor could I find any sort of "save, load, quit" page; when I wanted to quit, I had to hit Control, Alt, Delete as the usual method of hitting the space-bar or Esc key to bring up an options page resulted in nothing. Any advice regarding the mechanics of this game?

Move your mouse to the top of the screen to reveal the toolbar.
The right-most options are for save/load/quit (maybe not in that order).
The inventory is the bag icon on that toolbar.

There's a ReadMe document in the directory where you unzipped the game. That's got a basic rundown on how to play.
