Discworld Noir strange problem

Game looks working fine under Xp but main character (only while walking)somehow flickering but not sure really is or bad animation coding,did anyone noticed that?

Yes, I have that too. I've never played the game under anything else than XP, so I don't know if it's related to that or if it's a bug that was originally there.

I see,probable cause xp, doubt about that but otherwise a patch should have been released long time ago coz really annoying ..

I clearly remember NOT encountering such a problem on Win98SE,
neither with ATI nor Geforce cards, with DX7 and DX8...
I also think it's an XP problem.
