It's not like San Andreas was a really clean, family-friendly game before. They show cops taking hits from bongs and a person getting cut up by a helicopter blade in it. The Government will overlook that, but as soon as sex is involved, that's when they have to react.
Don't let your kids play it. That seems like an easier answer than involving the Government and millions of dollars.
