I don't know if you are already aware, but there's an RPG called Mount & Blade being made by a team of two (husband and wife, apparently) that is currently in beta and it's a lot of fun.

The game looks pretty good for such low production budget, and the combat in the game is extremely fun. The game also has some strategy elements.
The full beta (with all currently available content, but with a limit to the level a character can advance) is available to try out, and people can now order it at a pretty small price (it will go up when the first non-beta gets released).

I was pretty surprised by how fun the game is, so I recommend everyone who enjoys RPG's to check the game out (the official website is: http://www.taleworlds.com/).

Downloading it right now. The graphics look surprisingly good for a 2-man team. I wonder how they did it.
