So I just got Jade Empire... Huh?
So yeah, I just got Jade Empire. My friend bought it two days ago... It's just interesting, that most other shops, in the net and in 'real', the release date is said to be the 22nd... Huh?
Not that I'm complaining (except that you can't get Limited Edition in Finland ) |

The limited edition is nothing special. It's just a shiny box instead of a not shiny box. I got it anyway, though.

I don't have the XB, but I really do want to play this, so I really can't wait for the PC version of this game, which will hopefully be out before X-Mas 2006.
And the 2 new fighting styles for the PC version sound cool. |

*research* Iron Palm & Viper Style? As well as more weapons? Sounds cool! Will the seventh character also be included? I think I just might have to beat this again on my PC...

I never did figure out exactly what to do to make Sky fall in love with my male character. Bitch.

He seemed to be quite taken with my female character, even though I was constantly bitchy to him.

I seriously hope there'll be romance possible in Mass Effect. Same sex romance, especially. I love a good mushy love story in games.

This thread really lives up to it's "huh?" title, but for all the wrong reasons.

http://faqs.ign.com/articles/608/608106p1.html There are just a couple of important (and odd) conversation triggers that start the gay male romance. The key appears to be to bend his ear lots before entering the lotus assassin fortress in chapter 3. Before the first showdown fight in chapter 4 he'll be the one to step forward but its not until the very last chapter that you 'convert' [?] him. It doesn't really strike me as much of a 'romance'. Remember in the 90's that rediculous 'down low brother' phenomenon where bi curious guys tried to convince themselves it wasn't really gay sex? --Sidenote(s): 1) I know you're a Carthoholic, Trep so I felt I should point out this: http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=169452 2) According to this preview Enchanted Arms might be 'right up your alley'. |

I miss C-C-C-Carth. I was a bit depressed knowing what happened with him in KOTOR II. Kudos to Bioware to creating humanistic characters I could easily fall in love with. I've been keeping one eye on Enchanted Arms as well. It's turn based (which for me sucks a bit fun out of otherwise real time combat) but if the quality of the story and characterization approaches the level of KOTOR and Jade Empire I'll certainly consider it.
