Default Moments in games that make you say "you've got to be kidding me"

Hey all,
I was just playing some MGS4 in between my random adventures. Stumbled across the a few moments where the game make me think "You've got to be kidding me" like when I didn't have enough ammo to kill all the self destructing geckos in the room after the fight with vlad.

That got me thinking have you played any games that had moments that made you think "oh hell no or you've got to be kidding me or they want me to do WHAT?!?"

top of my head:

Sherlock Holmes - The Mystery of the Mummy
Spoiler:
The last chapter which is all timed has a huge nonogram. Thing is I've never tried any of those before, I've only seen the cover of Picross and had no idea what exactly to do. The game provides absolutely no kind of help, so I close the game and go on the interwebs to learn how to play a nonogram.

Although it's a big one and the chapter is timed is not a very difficult puzzle to do once you know what you have to do. It's just the whole premise that made me go WTF?! Something like "We assume you already know how to fill these and also hope you don't mind that it's you in the image and that makes no sense. By the way, we also hope you don't mind the fact that this puzzle is extremely anachronistic and does not fit the whole Egyptian atmosphere of the game".

Final Fantasy VIII
Spoiler:
"Wait. I have to draw magic from monsters? and If I use spells I don't spend MP and instead I effectively reduce my stats until I draw more magic?" *facepalm*

Happened to me all the time with the Prince of Persia games.

Been having that with "Mirror's Edge".

The end of Syberia, when the game just stops halfway through the story.

The pendulum slicer in GK3.

It happens to me most of the time when I'm playing a game on hard mode, hehe. Apart from that, it happened to me recently with MGS4 on the second boss. I was with no ratio on solid normal mode, you can imagine what I've been through, hehe.

In KOTOR when you think you've finally escaped from the first boring planet you are forced to shoot down six spaceships or you die. And unlike other sequences they don't explain the new controls. And these controls suck. And you can't cheat past this part.
After dying twice in a row I just quit.

The bridge sequence in Half-Life 2. It took me about 2 hours while constantly saving. First person platforming is not fun.

Escort mission in Bioshock. Sure, you don't die if the little sister dies, but it was annoying.
Also, everytime I went through an entire area, and then the game told me to go back and start collecting things.

Angering the bees in Broken Sword 2. You need to throw two buns at them to make them come out and attack someone. Doesn't sound so illogical, right?
Problem is, the game will only let you pick up one bun at a time, and the time it takes between throwing each bun is so long, that it makes no sense that the bees are still angry.

Many of the levels in Braid where I'm thinking, "and I'm supposed to be able to get that puzzle piece?!"

Any game that says
"killed all bosses? Good, now do it all over again without the ability to save!" (you hear that Capcom? Stop having me fight DMC bosses more than once!)

RE4
Whenever my spidey senses told me a QTE was imminent.

Those freaking annoying hospitals in any Silent Hill game
Cause I know there will be shit tons of broken doors\lifts\stairs and insane amounts of backtracking; and it will
all
be
extremely
boring

Pretty much, that whole game made me say "You've got to be kidding me". As opposed to playing every mission as stealthily as possible, I got frustrated and used stealth only when I had to, and shot my way out of the rest.

That's what I love about this game, at first many of the pieces look absolutely impossible to get, but when you finally work out how to it's a satisfying feeling!

Yeah, a samorost 2 has a couple of annoying timing puzzles but this one in particular is extra annoying because every time you miss you have to:
Spoiler:
collect more alien flying walrus farts

I've experienced two "you've got to be kidding me" moments recently.

The first one in Nibiru: age of secrets, the god damn colored marble puzzle (temple of dawn) is a pain in the ass, I hate that kind of puzzle.

The second one, in Metal gear 4 on hard mode. I think i've never loaded a game so many times before (every time someone saw me, i had to load again (in order to get the stealth camo). It Was really hard to pass unoticed by those frog soldiers at the Outer heaven: Ship bow (last stage) I might haved loaded around 30 times, no kidding.

I can certainly recall thoughts or words, along the lines of "you have got to be kidding me" when i found out the plot of Barrow Hill

The first thing that came to mind was in Runaway: A Road Adventure when...
Spoiler:
you are supposed to mix peanuts and butter and leave it in the sun, or what ever the hell it was. So random and stupid.
