Thanks, Ti (if I may call you that). The X360 is my gaming platform now and if this title is not delayed I should be able to enjoy it this summer.

That's a lot of crap. And yet I'm at this point in my life where everything I see in that pic with the exception of the game cd itself means nothing to me. I just want the game, not the unnecessary stuff that inflates the already too high price. Still I can see how cool it would be to have it all if you're into that.

I will SOOOO have a sweet summer with this game (unless it gets delayed once more).

Can't wait for this game!

I'm getting that special edition pack with the action figure and DVD's etc, I usually wouldn't, but Im Very hyped for this title.

Only thing is, I dont know which platform to get it for now....Xbox 360, PS3, PC, or even the Wii (though I dont think so.) I'll probably just get it for 360 and be done with it though.

I know what you mean, altough I must say I do love fully 3D environments as well.

Everyone would always hate on pre-rendered backgrounds, but I used to like them! lol.

Default Fair price

US$49.99! It's a fair price for a high tech release like Alone in the Dark 5 at Amazon. I am preordering mine!

I am still getting over the scarely music and those bloody mutant dogs from the first one, I just about wet myself, almost as bad as the Trex in [I think] Fear Effect.

err, at least it's shiny.

these trailers are embarrassing! It’ll have mass appeal at least, I mean look at all the door-busting action and gnarly effects they’ve packed in there! did you see him bust down the door? whoa jeez whoa jeez! how about when he plowed through that door there?

what a heap of trash, man.

anything past AitD3, keep away from me.

Has anyone played this game yet, if so what did you think of it?

It seems to have got some mediocre reviews. I may get it at some point just to see for myself. Shame about some of the controls though, especially when driving cars.

I enjoyed it, but the controls are clunky, and the driving is very irritating indeed. Fortunately there are only 3 sequences where you are forced to drive, and it's those where the car physics give most grief - since you're either under a time limit, or being harassed by Vampirz trying to lift the car into the air.

I'm amused by the car-driving problems, given that this same team made Test Drive Unlimited...

Humanz, Ratz, Vampirz how original.

I hope they'll fix all the problems in the PS3 version that is coming later this year.
