This time, Layton ride an express train("モレントリー急行/The Molentary Railway Express").Move to some towns, and solve many puzzles. 2 new characters " アンソニー/Anthony"(Is he vampire?) and " カティア/Catear/Katear" joined the game. From famitsu magazine, Mr.Hino(Level 5) saids, compared from " Curious Village", "Devil's box" have long animation and story, double rom capacity, and wider game stage. And Mr,Hino also said that he reflect on player's opinion; "Curious Village" is too separate from story and puzzle,so this time,Professor Tago(he made puzzle) made puzzle fitted to the story. PS. From this article, there is a prof.layton's movie project .(humm...I don't expect too much of the movie.) Last edited by XXJ; 09-02-2007 at 04:36 AM. Reason: Because I am always making mistakes |

Here's hoping that it isn't going to be supercrappy PS2 port for Wii with just added controls.
Because the developer of the Wii version is the same as for the PS2 version and that was the same what happened with almost every multiplatform game in the last generation with GC and PS2. Otherwise the game sounds cool, I hope the controls work!

I found this old posting of mine that refers to this link from Play. (Weirdly enough it isn't taken down yet).
In it, it refers to an unannounced POP game called Ghost of the Past. The gamespot article also suggests that the name of the alleged POP game is Ghost of the Past. Coincidence??? http://www.play.com/Games/Xbox360/4-...t/Product.html

The Threadâ„¢ will die.

I believe they're acquiring them from Elevation rather than acquiring Elevation, but yeah.
Anyone want to have a rant at EA? |

Those are some truly nasty minimum specs. Not that I'm all that surprised I guess, given the tech on display in some of the gameplay videos. Still, I'm a bit disappointed, given I recently read an interview with one of Crytek's higher ups, who was saying that he could happily run Crysis at decent detail levels on a mid range system (I forget the specifics, but it was something like a single core processor and an nvidia 7900) You'd have to think Crytek would almost do well to delay release for a few more months so they actually have a market to pitch their product to. |
