It looks like something indie and recent (notice the Euro sign), I think it's just some random game made with RPG maker or similar....

I actually googled for the name of the image, and it IS the name of the game.

It's some French game called Corsaire? If anybody here knows French they could google more efficiently...

It's from this company.

too cheap? I didn't realize there was a price associated with it.

If you compare a picture of the game boy harvest moon to that it looks very similiar.
