Well, the quote is from a level in Timesplitters where you travel back to 1969 where you meet secret agent Harry Tipper while he's trying to defeat his arch nemesis, and evil genius, Khallos. This Timesplitters is different from the previous two in that it's more humorous and less serious, making dozens of film references and tongue in cheek jokes...sound familiar?
