god of war 2 and just before that I finally beat expert mode on guitar hero 2. Damned psychobilly freakout had me stuck for a month or so.
Both games are solid A's. To the guy asking about GoW2 - I beat it in about 16 hours, although i took my time making sure I found bonus items and really exploring the game rather then trying to run through it. |

Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance (10/10)
I was sceptical that anything could stand up to the first game, and I was sceptical to play Raiden. While the game have obvious flaws in the PC port, I judge the game based on what is what supposed to be without the port issues and that's a perfect ten. The story is absolutely fantastic. I was almost brought to tears in many scenes. |

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Knights of the Nine (6/10)
Meh. Like the rest of the game, pretty much zero personal choice and bad storytelling that fails to rise any emotions making the actions done feel meaningless. |

I got halfway through Silverfall and couldn't take it anymore. If your looking for a Diablo killer, you won't find it here. In fact, you won't find a decent RPG here at all. This game is perhaps the biggest chore I have ever played and it pains me to speak of the horrid tasks I had to perform in the game so I will save my words and the undo stress.

Elder Scrolls Oblivion: Shivering Isles (7/10)
Slightly more humorous than the previous content of Oblivion, and at least an attempt to give you choices that effects the outcome of the quests. Also a bit more memorable NPC's this time around. Still lack emotion and nothing you do feels important, and still no NPC's you have any reason to care about. Just like Oblivion however, most of it was boring. Nice scenery is the only reason to play the game I guess. |

Finished Psychonauts last night. Meat circus was very hard/tricky but ultimately rewarding. Some games you don't want to end and Psychonauts was one of them.

Perfect Dark Zero. 6/10
While an ok game it felt like a worse version of No one lives forever 2. It had a lot of potential, but in the end I felt it wasn't on par with before mentioned game. Since I love Freedom Force I'm having high hopes for Marvel - Ultimate Alliance... which is next ;-) *edit* Changed my mind and got Splinter Cell - Double Agent instead :-) Last edited by MdaG; 04-08-2007 at 09:28 AM. |

Broken Sword I, Law and Order - Double or Nothing.
I am never going to finish Grim Fandango. I tried patch and crack and that kind of stuff, but nothing. It still has some stupid bugs. |

Just returned to, and completed, Kingdom Hearts. Got stuck on the dragon battle years ago and gave up
I actually really liked the game, despite it's childishness. I'm looking forward to playing KH2 soon. |

I've had it for yonks, but the arrival of my new gamepad today finally sent me back to Psychonauts. The last level is mean, but the game itself was fantastic. I think. To be honest, I can't remember much of the beginning any more...

I finally got to finish Abe Lincoln Must Die! and Reality 2.0 and they were both wonderful.
I've liked all of the episodes and they have been getting harder with each one for me (and I hope they don't get harder next season. Just leave them where they're at, please?). |

Project: Snowblind. It's an above average FPS, but not up there with the best of the genre. I still enjoyed it, especially the last 5-6 levels. Worth getting if you can find it for cheap.

Dark Fall The Journal
Lots to explore and a lot of puzzles. I loved the environment but got slightly disappointed with some of the puzzles. Spoiler:

LEGO Star Wars - The Original Trilogy (XBOX360):
I never could have imagined collecting lego studs in the SW universe could be this fun! The geek in me actually played the game enough to get a nice 100%! But I don't think I'll touch it anytime soon now though. |

Doom 3 - It was fun and nice to look at, but the repetition and complete lack of imagination throughout the levels (every time there's a large area, you just know you're getting attacked) had me asking "When will it end?". Some of the more surreal levels were pretty cool, but again, it gets old in a way that Half-Life 2 managed to avoid for the most part.
7/10
