Hooray! Just finished The Secret of Monkey Island a few days ago. Still basking in the afterglow with a big smile on my chops.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R (9/10)
Not perfect but very close. This is really one game they have worked on for a long time.

Just finished Divine Divinity. This game was much better than Diablo all around, with a level of interactivity that was greatly appreciated. The story was just so-so, an adaptation of the Chosen one story all over again. It was well worth my time and I want to thank MdaG for recommending it to me.

On to Silverfall.

How long did it take you to finish it? Did you do the extra missions?

2-3 days, and I did both the main quests as well as the subquests I could find.

Wow, given that the game is at least 15 hours long according to reviews you must have been playing 5-7 hours a day. I wish I could concentrate on one thing for so long.

I can play from the time the sun go up and to the point in which it go down. I played stalker for like 10-13 hours straight each day, only breaking for food. This was during a weekend and my girlfriend was playing her own game.

But im not as good as a friend... he played the whole game from start to finish in one sitting, over night.

Dreamfall. Oh boy. From hating it to loving it to hating it again.

I so wanted to like it, but unfortunately, it's a really bad "game" with just a handful of positive things about it. After the middle part which seemed like it would finally kick everything into high gear, Dreamfall again became a rather boring movie with badly realized characters blabbering like there's no tomorrow. Kian is particularly half-baked and his transformation was completely unconvincing.

The story is a mess and Tornquist's directing is responsible for some unbelievably pathetic scenes. I'm sad to say that as a storyteller he falls way short. His fantasy is a simplistic imitation of Gaiman and other more talented authors, with clichés sticking out all over the place. There's even a tortured little girl with paranormal abilities. Wow... Pass the bucket, please.

I enjoyed TLJ quite a bit, even if it wasn't a flawless game. There were hints of greatness about it and I really hoped Tornquist would blow me away with his next project. Unfortunately, almost the completely opposite thing happened. I'm still willing to give him some benefit of the doubt, but isn't it ironic that playing Dreamfall has made me lose my faith?

Dark Messiah of Might and Magic.

A relatively short game, but it took me over a month to finish it.
I think it has about 10-15 hours of gameplay time.

DMoMaM is a light FPS RPG.

Several different endings are included, but I only finished two of them and I'm too tired to play again to see the others.

It was an ok game, though a bit hard on my computer.

Metal Gear (6/10)
A bit outdated by todays standard. Note that I refer to the 1987 version on MSX.

Crime Stories...
Nothing spectacular, but not boring or not worth playing. 6/10
It's little annoying because of the characters, and how they talk, graphics are not so well etc., although, the storyline isnt SO bad.

God of War 2.

9.5/10.

It was one of the best action-adventure gaming experiences I have ever had. There were so many jaw-dropping incredible moments and sequences and bosses and such that it tops just about anything out there. Spectacular stuff!

Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake (7/10)
ALOT better than the original Metal Gear. I played the fan-translated MSX version. The one that uses portraits of famous american actors

How long it it take you to finish the game? I'm thinking about taking a long weekend to have a solid run without trivial interruptions like work and women

Metal Gear Solid (10/10)
Not much to say. This game has it all, including one of the best story I have seen in a computer game. The similarities to Metal Gear 2 was great. The equipment/weapons was identical and many puzzles were the same, including the morphing key. I am still happy I played Metal Gear 1 & 2 first.

Tomb Raider Legend.

The game clock says 6h 15mins, damn that was short, but it sure was FUN!

The game was so easy that I did have trouble in any situation, I played on the medium difficulty. I love this kind of game where the gameplay is very polished and the story just goes on forward and there are no super hard situations were I get frustrated.
