Cleared the first three worlds of I-Ninja (got my black belt ), taking a break with Omikron. Hope I'll be able to get past those god-awful shooting sections this time around.

Gosh...we've started so many games and not finished them yet.
We're working on: Bone: The Great Cow Race; Dark Fall; Jade Empire; Heroes of Might and Magic IV and V; Half Life 2; Shivering Isles; Knights of the Old Republic; and Sherlock Holmes The Awakened. Right now, we're concentrating on Dark Fall and Heroes V. EDIT: Oh I forgot to mention Onimusha 3. |

Condemned: Criminal Origins. The library. Creepy, but a good game all-around.

The hidden bits in that game are gnarly.

well, i got more progress in Jade Empire, just to the point of getting the fountains running in Dirge, but now there are tough battles ahead I sense, for my faithful avi, Produgy Lu.....so I gave him another vacation to rest up.
I had fun playing Tomb Legends Anniversary, I love the expanded Croft Manor and the first level is a blast in classic TR style, tho I am NOT the most skillful at all the leaping about Laura has to do....i love the settings and the ambience. They did a nice job of updating the game into the new engine and tho I have found some bugs in the area of graphics and colision errors, it is mostly because I have done quite a bit of beta testing and can catch those little things, the overall look and feel is very nice and sweet. I am being lazy with finishing things fast, summer has come to the mountains finally and the fields and forests are green and welcoming.....

I was just playing FF8 on my laptop earlier. Great game, I haven't played it in so long. I'm on my way to Galbadia garden in a train.

I'm playing Okami at the moment. I've played it for around 13 hours this far. Excellent game. I just finished Murder on the orient express, a buggy but fairly good game and started to play The Last Express. Awsome gameplay but it's quite hard to get into when you're not used to that style of gameplay.

Tomb Raider: Anniversary
I'm about halfway through the first level (if memory from the original Tomb Raider serves me right) and while I'm enjoying it, I'm having trouble finding a control scheme that works for me. I've tried playing with the keyboard, but having to use the mouse to turn the camera 180 degrees every time I hit a wall or need to turn is just downright annoying. It's better with a control pad, but it almost seems like I don't have enough buttons on the darn thing for all the actions I need. Combat is also a chore, but I think that may be b/c I have that all set to manual. I'm going to try automatic tonight and see if that doesn't make it more enjoyable.
Overall though, I'm really enjoying the upgrade...it just feels a bit weird because I've only ever played Tomb Raider on a PS1. |

I've got the Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2, but I'm still trying to tweak it so that I can manage all the actions with the buttons I've got.

I got to the Lost Valley but was a bit daunted by all the stuff you have to do, so I switched back to the England Level of Legends, that is some really cool settings in there, I love the subterranean scenes of the Tomb and what comes with it....but did not make it to the end yet. I really like the direction the TR games are taking, with expanded and beautiful settings and a good engine to run it all, my only personal trouble is with some of the gynmastics that are required, the jumping of the motorcycle onto the train in the Kasakstan levels was just about impossible, possibly due to some bugs, but the road just disappeared before I had to jump onto the train, and I never have figured out what was supposed to happen.

At that point, I felt that the constant disarming of bombs was getting stale!
But it's picking up now! All sorts of weird stuff makes this worth playing (Raiden is an 80-year-old transsexual?? WHAT THE HELL!?!), and the fact that you can leave a porno mag to distract guards. It's a parody of the overly serious thriller that it seems to be from the first section, which is graet!

Devil May Cry: Fighting some demon spider in mission 3. Getting my romp kicked enough to take a break from it. So far I'm kind of disappointed. If this doesn't pick up, then God of War is a much superior action game. Tiberian Wars: Second mission in the Scrin campaign. Final Fantasy X: Just met Yuna for the first time. Nice game even if I think that all those random battles are getting old and I'm not even three hours into the game! |

If you don't switch to easy mode it gets pretty rough. Oh, and there is an exploit for that spider demon where you can build up a nice huge stash of red orbs for upgrades n' such.
