I'm "officially" playing Rhem, but have put it on ice for about a month while I got stuck into the Sims again.

Managed to find the last two Sims expansion sets I wanted (On Holiday and Unleashed), and installed them, and *obviously* had to make sure they were working correctly... And went on a Sims jag. I think I've come off it now.

So I'll have to pick up Rhem again (as soon as I can remember where I put the map I was making). By all accounts I have a long long LONG way to go before the end.

I decided to continue GABRIEL KNIGHT 2-THE BEST WITHIN after 3 months.

Played through chapter 2&3 in one sitting.

I really like the story but I forgot about the bad acting.
Grace is a bitch, and Erickson´s constant hair tossing and forced smirking is annyoing the crap outta meself. I remember that the acting got better and better as the story evolves ...
Hopefully my memory isn´t playin´ tricks on me.

I think Jensen should have cut many of the protagonists reactions whilst conversations.
Those scenes would flow much better w/o most of them.

I've just finished this game and loved the story and the puzzles (except for the end puzzle ) But there were indeed a lot of annoying moves from Gabriel.

I'm on Sept 30, 2044 in The Moment of Silence and really enjoying it.

There was one instance where I couldn't find the spot to pick up something I needed to get back but I slept on it and came back and found it straight away.

I'm loving the story!

Just got my hands on the third map piece in Monkey Island 2. Part two has been a little frustrating, as I'm forced to sail between the islands constantly and the inventory is loaded with tons of peculiar stuff. I don't even remember where I am in The Longest Journey, it's been on hold for quite some time now. I have to say that at least so far it hasn't been such a spectacular piece of work as many seem to think. But maybe it gets better, if I find time and motivation to keep on playing.

Still playing Vegas. Currently at the dam. Difficulty has considerably been raised. More or less stuck at the moment.

I started playing Gun for my third time tonight. It's one of my favorite games, mainly because it's very exciting, and it's got great voice acting, especially Thomas Jane as Colton White. I've arrived at Empire City, and I'm going to explore the city, and do some side quests to improve my stats.

Currently at Chapter 4 of Hotel Dusk, I love the pacing of the game! Every character seems to have a dark secret...

Also restarted playing Dragon Quest VIII, after a few months, currently at 45 hours, it's a good thing the main story is pretty simple (and side stories short), as it's really easy to get back to the game after a big break without having to start over.

I finished Gun this afternoon, and I played it on the Normal Difficulty Setting. I finished almost all of the side quests, except the one where you can go Hunting. I found that one to be frustrating. However, my Horse, Health, Melee, and Quickdraw stats were filled up to the top. The Gunhand stat was just a few spaces away from being filled up to the top.

Now, I am going to play some games that I have played before, but still enjoy playing them.

Question: What does Call of Juarez, Runaway 2, Sanitarium and Splinter Cell Double Agent have in common?
Answer: I have them on my harddrive but cannot play them due to technical issues.

Tell me about it! I've got Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, Halo, Beyond Good and Evil, Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None and Midnight Nowhere, all installed on my hard drive and unplayable to one extent or another due to video card issues.

On a positive note, I've moved onto the third storybook in Bookworm Adventures and I'm still loving this game a lot.

I've just started Day 2 of G.K Sins of the Father. I just love listening to the character played by Michael Dorn. He has such a great voice!

Do you keep asking him about the ritualistic coffin?

I recall I've never played the entire game with the narrator 'on'. I always turned her off in the first three minutes. "Gabriel might as well leave that here!"

30 min into Gears of War. So far I prefer Rainbow Six - Vegas. From what I've seen so far they're basically the same game, just with different setting.

*edit*
Ok, now I like Gears of War a little better. It's got more story than Vegas which is a good thing, but the game play in Vegas is better. I guess it's a tie then :-P

We just picked up Secret Files: Tunguska again....mixed feelings about it...I can't help but feel the puzzles are a bit silly...I think perhaps story-related puzzles would have worked better. These are mostly "monkey wrench" type puzzles and they seem a bit awkward in this genre...
