I'm really liking the game - both single player and multiplayer. Rockstar sure know how to make entertaining games. The characters are either lively, funny, deep, interesting and likeable, the voice acting is solid and believable, the story is interesting to follow (although I haven't got far), the gameplay - similar to GTA 4, but in the Wild West, and now having the option to be either good or bad - is great fun, there's loads to see and do, a huge world to explore etc.
Then there's multiplayer, which is just as great. It's a bit similar to BioShock 2's. There are optional tasks to complete in both Free Roam - with or without the help of other players - and during matches to boost your XP/Level in order to gain new tasks to complete, weapons, characters, horses etc. The connection/server has been pretty damn solid too.

I reckon this will become my 'Game of the Year'.

I just bought Alpha Protocol on the 360, a game I've been looking forward to playing for a long time. It'll have to wait until after Red Dead Redemption, though. So many decent games to play. Who would have thought Nintendo pushing Super Mario Galaxy 2 back until July in Australia could be perceived as a good thing?

I just bought Mass Effect 2. Despite it's somewhat mixed reviews. Mainly because it was about 20 US dollars of the normal price for a game like ME2.

Ehhh!!! What mixed reviews.

Mass Effect 2 has been the best reviewed game of the years so far. It's No 4 on Metacritics highest reviews scores of all time.

You better brace yourself for an onslaught of awesome. All three games are exceptional. (Atleast ME2 and Red Dead Redemption anyway. SMG2 is still not released in Australia!)

I just bought Runaway 3, which is running fine, and The Darkness Within 2, which won't run due to problems with the Adventure Shop and Tages. Thanks a lot, Adventure Shop, for nothing!

You are wrong. The best reviewed game of the year so far is Super Mario Galaxy 2 and it totally deserves the all the praise. Superb game!

Actually, it got some attacks from hardcore RPG gamers (e.g. in gamebanshee), for not being a true RPG... Many of them were appeased with Dragon Age, luckily.

I had a serious spending spree on ebay yesterday. I got:

- The original big boxed version of Discworld Noir
- The original big boxed version of Grim Fandango
- The original big boxed version of Escape from Monkey Island
- And, the original big boxed version of Little Big Adventure and Little Big Adventure 2 together

That Steam sale has me under it's spell. I bought Civilization 4, because it was cheap and everyone seems to like it, and Culppa Innata, which I've been wanting for awhile. In all, not more than $8.34!

Super Mario Galaxy 2 has FINALLY been released in Australia. I can't wait to start playing. I also picked up Silent Hill: Shattered Memories for the Wii, but it will have to wait until after SMG2.

Default I Just Bought

Just keep it below 200 for the first 5 tanks. You basically want to run it as rich as possible, without killing the engine. Usually its right on the edge of bogging when you stab the throttle
