Here are 5 new additions to my collection.
Actually, only two of them are really new (Puzzle of flesh & Elvira), other three are just pursuit of better copies than the ones I currently own.

This copy of EMI is actually my third one and by far the best, so I'll get rid of other two... eventually.

I bought World of Goo at the start of the year 2009.

Amazing game, I don't need to say anything else. I trust everyone here knows about how good it is already.

Cool, Elvira's first game, the best one.
I have that and the second one for Amiga.

I just bought this on Wiiware:

I wish I could find good Wii games cheaply from somewhere.
And I would propably use the Virtual Console if the prices weren't so insane.
Old Commodore games should cost only 100 points at the most. And everything in Virtual console should be anyway under 500 points.

At least before there is stuff like Amiga games and Saturn games add there.
Oh I wish so much that there would be Sega Saturn games there.

Recently picked up Alone In The Dark (the latest one) for Xbox 360. Probably going to pick up The Bourne Conspiracy and Scene it? Box Office Smash today.

@Lucien21
Is Journey To the Centre Of the Earth the same game that inspired the movie that recently came out?

I think both the game and movie were just inspired by the book.

You know what? I had completely forgotten about Left 4 Dead. Now that you reminded me about it, I'll keep a look out for a reasonable offer. I hope you don't mind me being a newbie for those first couple of games.

Arrived today:

I played immediately two hours it today.
I had to do a bit of learning with the controls.

I also need to buy the component cable really soon, the composite cable is completely crap. Horrible picture quality compared to what I've seen the component cable can do with 480p.

AGREED. I could not believe how irratating AID 2008 was. I'm usually mock people who complain about controls, and smaller technicalities, but this game just drove you to the brink! It was crazy how bad it was, especially because it could have been a beyond decent if they spent like 1 more month on it. Tragedy

You don't need the word "The" in that sentence.

Definitely. I'm just glad i've got rid of my copy on ebay. Have no desire, what-so-ever, to replay it.

A friend of mine showed me that game round his house and thought it was great. Personally i had mixed feelings about it. Seemed very repetitive.

Received this from the postman just:
