On that note, I'm promising myself that I won't buy anything else in the near future. Aside from the Battlestar Galactica Season 2 DVD that comes out at the end of the month. And Broken Sword 4 a fortnight later.

I've been checking that one out myself. Do games in this edition come with StarForce?

Yes, but companies usually just pack in old discs with compilations like this one.

I don't know about the graphics issue but I have it for PC. I've never quite completely figured out how to configure my gamepad (it's a Saitek P880) so I had some gamepad control but I also used the mouse for camera control as well and it hindered me at an early level.

For controls, maybe the XBox one would be better but smarter people than me will hopefully weigh in too.

You have an Xbox 360, right? If playing on a TV doesn't mean much to you and your computer can handle it, get the PC version. If I'm not mistaken, you can use your 360 gamepad with it.

What the others have said. If you have a gamepad and a suitable computer, go with the PC version.

MY PC is pretty outdated now. And I cant get my sofa upstairs, if you know what I mean. And I don't know how to use wireless 360 controllers on a PC.

You would need the battery pack and carge cable for that, so baisicly it becomes a wired pad.

Then you're screwed. Play something else until the emulation issues are sortted out, then grab the Xbox version.

Nope, you'd need a wireless gaming receiver, but it's not out yet. The battery pack is only a charger, or so I've heard.

I've been thinking about pre-ordering:

Hey, dear people please buy my games, I need money to conquer Europe! Or do something similar.

Fine choices Kolzig! I've been very much looking forward to those two titles, especially Children of Mana.

Yeah, it's going to be tough to be a DS gamer for the next six months or so, because there are so many promising games coming.

I've counted about 8 good games coming in the next six months.

Absolutely right. Starting with StarFox Command it's going to be hard to keep up with all the releases...

I'm considering preordering Contact for September.

Just look at the box art, it's great (it's to big to post):
