Sonic Rush on DS

Anyone have the game?

I can't seem to pass Act 2 on Zone 4. I'm at the bit where you have hold down on the spring that launches you to the higher up platform on the right, no matter how long I hold down, he doesn't reach the platform. There's also an enemy just above the spring. Is it some sort of glitch or something?

I'm still trying to find the game, they don't seem to have it at any stores...

At the height of the jump, press up and the R button to gain a little extra height. You'll need this to reach many paths and clear a few jumps.
