Sam Fisher Rogue agent
Sam Fisher goes Rogue in Splinter Cell 4.
http://www.bewaresamfisher.com/uk/ Further clues, dredged up by fiddly types on the Gaming Age Forums, suggest that Fisher's gone rogue, robbing a bank - and there's even a "Wanted" poster of a shaven-headed Fisher-like looking rather grim. Cool.

Man, this already sounds infinitely cooler than all the previous installments of Splinter Cell. And his daughter's just recently been killed in an accident. Finally he'll feel more like a character with feelings, rather than some government tool.

That does sound really exciting, Splinter Cell seems to be the only series that Ubisoft can't mess up.

At least they are not making Sam decapitate people, and spew out some obscentities like "bitch" for no specific reason, then have sex with an object, and then have a "darker" alter ego that is more messed up than he is

You know, I've always felt that Splinter Cell 1-3 was one loooong game instead of three individual ones. After all, they're close to identical, aren't they?
Yes they are. |

Then what makes a sequel actually a sequel? A sequel's supposed to try to capture everything good about its predecessor without as much of the faults. In other words, it's supposed to improve on the original or retain the same charm. It's not supposed to be drastically different, as far as I'm concerned. IMHO, Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory was a great sequel to the original. The story was a continuation of the first game to some extent, but how is this a bad thing? This is what most sequels generally do, create a continuous storyline while developing their characters. And yeah, it does sound like the next season of 24. And I'm looking forward to Spliner Cell 4 and 24: Season Five. Can't wait. They do have some eerie similarities to each other, there was one episode in last season's 24 that could have easily been mistaken for one of the missions in Splinter Cell. |

It wasn't funny at all at the time. It was.........it was sublimely magnificent. Except I didn't have any cigarettes around to smoke after.

Yup, that's the one. It felt like they just took a level out of Splinter Cell or something. Even my friends commented on that, hahaha. By the way, I've only heard rumors about 24: season 5, but they are along the lines of what happens to Fisher in Splinter Cell 4. |

The concept sounds really cool, I skipped the other two sequels but I think I'm going to get this one for sure.

God, the market has become oversaturated. There's just too many to choose from. But I can't even bring myself to play the games I end up buying. Games suck.

So, Sam Fisher's daughter Sarah was born on May 31st in Germany, eh?
*looks at own profile* Hmm. Perhaps with a clever lawyer, I could start one of those ridiculous $10,000,000 lawsuits over this. |
