I'd be happy if they just upgraded the original Tomb Raider with today's graphics. They obviously can't make a good new game, so why not make the original game the way it was meant to be? I would love to play that game with pixel shader goodness and high resolution textures, etc...

Some dedicated fans need to do a remake I think...

Oh man, I want to load up the original game. I wonder if it will play in XP?

--------

Okay, I actually looked at the 2nd link now. The first requires flash or some other crap so it didn't work for me. Anyway, the game looks sweet. I hope they succeed at bringing back the exploration and puzzles that I liked the original game so much for. The action oriented crap they have peddled ever since just totally turned me off the franchise.

As for the breasts? What exactly is wrong with large breasts? You can't knock a girl for her genetics.

Even if I were straight I wouldn't want my girlfriend to have big boobs. I think it's more aesthetics than anything, and I'd feel sorry for her because she would have to go out of her way to impress other people with qualities other than her physical attributes.

If I were a girl I wouldn't ever want big tits so that guys like Bastich would leave me alone.

Most girls are effect by the media and think they need to have big boobs to be attractive. (IMHO, so don't flame me) Same thing for guys, if they don't have big muscles or 30 inch cocks its the same. You know what I mean...

Did you know that in the first Tomb Raider movie, Angelina Jolee had to wear a padded bra so she could have the bra size of Lara Croft... Crazy. I'm glad she has normal breasts in the new games.

The new Lara looks a lot more like supermodel and professional athlete Gabrielle Reece.

Yeah, I was joking. She's cute, but not at all....I dunno, rich with character? She always seems empty, vacant. I guess that's what the fashion world gets off on.

Sorry, but this'll probably be crap. The core gameplay of Tomb Raider has aged very, very badly, and unless they just tear up the rule book, make a whole new (good) game and crowbar Ms Croft into it it'll be poor. No one wants confusing controls, grainy looking, samey egyptian visuals, comedy tits, unfair deathtraps, terrible combat and cameras and dull labyrinthine tombs with uninspired puzzles anymore. Rant over.

I haven't been into the Tomb Raider franchise since, let me think now...1999, but I have to admit I'm deveveloping an interest in this one, mainly because Crystal Dynamics is doing it. If they put as much effort into the story telling and characters as the did in the Legacy of Kain series, then I'll definitely be considering it.

Please, your judging this game from all the other older mediocore ones, can't you tell that this series has been reinvented. So its blantant that this game looks different and Crystal Dynamics has the perfect reputation of games so they will make a great game as always. Besides this looks amazing on the 360. This is probably the only reason I'll get a 360.

I can confirm those rumours, Lucien, but the game they're making is for PSP.
