Mine would probably be that I survived with Jools, Jops and Sto to stage 12.6 in Cannon Fodder (Amiga version) where a bug prevented me to move on further.

I finished Myst without hints. Yay me.

I've done so many accomplishments in my gaming "career" that none really pop out as best.
