Hmm... how bout "I'm With Stupid"?
Or "Who says Adventure Games are dead?"

Actually, an AG logo on the front left side of the shirt would do nicely, like most of the cafepress shirts.

Jesus cripes I've laughed when reading this thread. Thanks for making my day.

I've thought about this for a long time now, but never got around to posting. There are definitely some awesome ideas on display here. Something about Samorost is IMO a must. A frying pan would be quite nice also.

Whatever will be made at the end, I'm all for buying a cargo load to friends and family.

And if you don't make one with Trep saying "Point&click my ass!" I will personally hunt you down and feed you to my grue.

I like the piratey theme. It touches on our likings without infringing upon any copyrights.

I agree. Besides, I don't have the muscular structure of the model in the picture, so the shirt wouldn't look half as good on me

Maybe the "Adventure games are dead" and "NOT!" could be on the same side of the shirt. First "Adventure games are dead" at the top, then a pirate mark and under that the "NOT!" and "AdventureGamers.com".

Maybe we should just make Cafepress - shitty though they are - AG-forum t-shirts? I think anyone'd be allowed to start a store that has nothing to do with AG itself but the awesome - though occasionally lamo-nooby - people here.

I thought of that right after I posted the pic. You're right, it sounds way better.

Another idea. How about we capitalize on the point & click theme, by having t-shirts, front and back, with comical and surprising inventory item interactions? Also note that normally, the punchline text wouldn't be so close to the crotch , because the graphic would be smaller and on the chest, so there'd probably be room for an ags internet adress as well. Anyway, here's an example of the idea.

PS I don't know if anything other than monochromatic t-shirts is feasible, but I sure hope so.

A quick recolor, just to see whether it would work... Yeah, looks fine.

I would definetly buy a black one of those
Instead of plain text though it would be good if it was in the style of the logo text or even a pixilated purple text, i just thought of DOTT when i seen that hamster with the sweater

Does it come in cashmere jersey? HA! j/k. I'll take one in white, please.

Glad you like it. If you guys wanna start making t-shirts using this general design scheme/idea, go right ahead.

heres some ideas i just wanted to throw out:

-an old 8-bit graphic of ZELDA holding a MOUSE POINTER instead of a sword.

-a standard adventure/rpg inventory structure organizing the contents of a typical gamers stomach ( doritos, cheeseburgers, soda etc)

-a character looking under a couch or some such thing, titled " FIND THE KEY"

- (for the more chauvinistic) an 8-bit toon of MARIO outside of a castle holding PRINCESS... an arrow pointing down titled "HOLD LEVER. GET PRINCESS".

- a simple graphic of a man sitting next to a computer, a wire extending from the computer connecting to a thought bubble hovering above man's head.

- a picture of a typical adventure game backdrop, with apparent jigsaw puzzle divisions running through it.

- a computer screen with a key hole on it.

- a head with a key hole on it

those are all the ones i can think of right now, tell me what you think of em.

How about:

Front: Is that a rubber duck, a broomstick and a jar of peanut butter in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?
