The "AG website bugs" thread

I just discovered a second problem with the screenshots, so I thought it may be convienient for Tabacco to open a thread.

MSG: Warning: mysql_result(): Unable to jump to row 0 on MySQL result index 5 in /home/httpd/vhosts/adventuregamers.com/httpdocs/include/database.php on line 44

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM images WHERE game = 792 AND id < ORDER BY id DESC LIMIT 1

How did this happen? I wanted to click a screenshot in the review of Broken Sword 2.

EDIT: It seems you can't click on any screenshots in any review. (excluding underground reviews of course)

Yeah, this happens to me in every review as well. However, the screenshots do work properly if you click "View complete gallery". Strange quirk.

The following screenshot in the Ages of Myst review is as follows:
In the review page, the URL is: www.adventuregamers.com/screenshot.php?id=821
On the gallery page, the URL is: http://www.adventuregamers.com/scree...d=4&screen=821

EDIT: Bah, I can't link to the images thanks to the PHP. Oh well.

Sorry. We had problems with other sites <img>ing our images and leeching our bandwidth.

This may be a Opera-only problem, but when I click the UHS affiliate links in a review I get an error window with the message "Unknown document or no document specified". The UHS site loads perfectly though, with the hints for any given game as promised. Like I said, it might just be Opera.

EDIT: Yep, that's just a Opera bug. 7.54 that is, I don't have Opera 8 Beta installed on this computer.

It's fixed if you access the screenshot from the review page. The address in this thread that causes the error shouldn't appear on the site anymore.

Ah, yes. Thanks for clarifying, Marek. The link on the reviews page was bad, which is why the error appeared. Later tonight I'll fix the page so that the error won't appear at all.

Hey Tabsie, here is another one for you, although it's nothing serious.

I noticed that none of the threads from General section show up on front page when you reply to them.

Well i can't really say ALL of them, but two in which i posted weren't bumped on the AG.com main page.

When you click on the names of updaters in the news reports, it takes you to the "Ut Oh Non Existent Page".

Though not directly AG website specific, if you click the "Privacy Statement" link down there *points down at the bottom of the page* that links to adventuregamers.com/privacy.php you get a 404 missing page error.

I'm not sure if this has been like this since the new site went up or if it's a recent thing, but the stars .gif is not displaying beside the title of the review on game database pages right now... (At least it isn't for me. I'm on a Mac and tried Safari and IE5.)

I don't mind so much if the stars are there or not, it's the fact that the image is displaying as an X that disturbs me.
