Why is that? Isn't that what our AGers life is all about? Huge hopes, and then huge disappointments. And then huge hopes again...

I-Jet sounds very ambitious and should be very cool if they pull it off. Not to sure about the name though.

The Orgastic Four again sounds like it has potential, hopefully they'll be able to make it as funny as the concept sounds.

I don't need to say anything about Sam & Max.

Let's hope so. Successful business consultancy companies charge a fortune so it could work out well. Just have to hope he's got good teams in all 3 companies because, even with all this guy's enthusiasm, you can't successfully run 3 disparate companies by yourself.

Here's to high hopes being fulfilled instead of crushed.

It's nice to see so many websites care about Sam & Max. Hopefully that sends yet another message.

That's pushing it a bit. Yes, we love those games, but AG is probably one of the more liberal adventure game sites out there. Well, they can't now everything I guess.

I think a lot of different gamers care about Sam & Max. Our interview was the top story at Blues News yesterday and has been highlighted at Gamers Hell today.

Sometimes, we're even very conservative about our liberality.

It's somewhat amusing that in the sidebar on the Gamers Hell site you can see the entire history of S&M2, or at least what we knew of it, in three news headlines:

"Sam and Max 2 Announced"

"Sam and Max 2 Trailer"

"Sam and Max 2 Canned"

Must be about time for an update of that very meter though - now that TMOS and Legacy have been released.
I miss Evan's updates already.

New vote coming soon to an adventure forum near you. And hey, those two games haven't been released everywhere. That's my story, and I'm sticking with it.

In that case, can you stick Runaway back on since it's still not officially released in the UK?

You sure about that? It's in stock at www.play.com, and unless they've screwed up (and packed another game), a copy is on it's way to me as we speak. I don't know how long it's been in stock (I just saw it in stock the other day, and decided to buy - together with two other games, it only cost me £20 as it's listed in the "3 for £20" campaign ).

Speaking of play.com, they have a good deal on The Silver Earring. £11.99 or £10 if you buy another one from in the "2 for £20" selection. And do yourself a favour and buy TrackMania PowerUp! as the other title ...or Beyond Good & Evil

Interesting - www.gameplay.co.uk has the release date as 27th May 2005, and amazon.co.uk denies it even exists. You'll have to let us know if it arrives, and if so whether it's also the GMX release, or whether they're sourcing it from another of the publishers.

Will do, though it might take some time since it's christmas. I expect it to arrive by the end of the week (or early next week).

Runaway is still in the hype-o-meter... at rank 41.
