Default we kick ass

You know, this is one of the reasons I like this forum: smart people here. No one here postulated that they could get a bootleg copy of Visual C++ and compile Half-Life for themselves before it got to the stores (oh, goody-goody!) - people understood what this meant. We immediately went on to talk about it on a practically transcendental level as far as normal, mortal Counter Strike gamer is concerned. This is a rather wrong example in as so much as it is more a matter of savoir-faire than intelligence, but I do have "programmer" friends who wouldn't realize the folly of contemplating compiling their own Half-Life 2.

There is no l33t spiel here, we like to be understood. We also have something to say, which is not the case with most gaming forums. We are also so goddamn enlightened and cool and beautiful and handsome. We rock.

Would you like your Scooby snack now or shall leave it in the oven for you later?

(Actually many of us here, although concerned with the scandal, wouldn't find much value and enjoyment in screwing around with stolen code, really.)

Not all of us. Pr0n pr0n pr0n. What I find odd is that the same people are capable of discussing porn and the existence of god, and they manage to talk about both with style.

Not all of us kick ass -- most of us do, but a few don't. Well, more like just some of us. Well, really just me. I rock. deadworm put it best, I think.

Uh... what? Yeah, I'm still here, aren't I? You guys've gotta be doing something right, then.

I've already given Kingzlebub his 'hug' in private, Tamz. Don't ask him about it, though. He'll just deny. With a sparkle in his eye.
