Hey now, what the hell is wrong with you?! MI2 is the second greatest adventure game ever.

ja is not that bad, some of the articles they have are quite good like the george and nico interview {funny} but i've always preferred this site. ja once stated that toon struck was a poor game with no imagination. they should of siad that were a poor site with no imagination and that toon struck is a funny game.

Because Marek and Stinger are soft-hearted pussies. Isn't it obvious?

Right, that's why I said I agree with the first part. MI2 is a great game. I disagree with the second part as being a reason to dislike JA+, because an 'A' is a legitimate score for Myst 3.

I, for one, would like an update on how discussions of being a timely site are going.

As long as Ray will write on JA, AG will hold the first place.

They're still in the preliminary phase.

Though I would like to point out that our April Fool's article was posted at 12:01a EST on April 1st.

This is just a funny discussion. I've thought about it, and I found out that I like cheese more than I like JA+. But that's no contest because cheese is awesome. And just to sling some very immature names at JA+, I would like to say that JA+ smells bad and has an over-weight mother.

Don't change adventuregamers at all, its an awesome site!

Fact: the 2 best sites for adventure games news and reviews are JA+ and AG.

Now...which one deserves the number one place among adventure fanboys? I can't say I really care to know.

news: Yeah, I have to applaud their coverage of the Sam & Max 2 issue.

And I'm pretty sure Mojo is a better source for adventure gaming news than JA++++..+ (Or whatever the f*** they call themselves).

Reviews:

Their reviews database is an abomination, and the grades they give out are outrageous. Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon = A+, wishful thinking me thinks.

Yeah, JA isn't all that bad. I do prefer this site though.

When people like a game, they give it a good grade.

But you don't see AG giving out 5 star grades to every half decent adventure game that comes along.

Well, that's not how a good reviewer should treat a review, if they have editorial integrity. It should be very possible to recognize a fault in a game that many people would have a problem with and review it as such, even if for some bizarre reason you like that fault. The same goes the other way. I've played games that I recognize are great (and realize why others really appreciate them) even if I myself don't particularly enjoy them.

I can't stand Just Adventure, but then each to their own I suppose. The reviews are also obviously done to get good marks with the various publishers. Quite way anyone would actually like the site is beyond me.

Does that mean I should give you a grade of 'B' instead of a 'C', mix-a-holic?
