Default Wassup with no caps?

I feel that not being able to type in all caps is limiting my ability to convey emotion.

You can type all caps, just not starting from the first word in a post. Meaning, 'OMGWTF' doesn't work, but 'Geez - OMGWTF!' does. This, of course, being the most braindead example I could even come up with.

The caps filter is not meant to restrict anyone, it's to prevent those posts that just happen with capslock left on, as some people are prone to do.

Yes.
I'd like 9999,9999,9999 X 9999,9999,9999 X 9999,9999,9999 avatars,
you read right, I want 3 whole dimensions.
