something is evil with the forums, basically all the time
About 19/20 times when I load the forums, especially the main page, it only loads the first three quarters of the page. It has seemingly gotten worse and worse and now I can almost never get the page to load far enough to show the memberlist.
I want to blame it on the banner ads (or the rain, or the bossa nova, or the boogie) but I haven't seen any of those on the forums in a while! It makes me sad. |

I noticed some delays in contacting google's adserver, so I guess it's possible that either Google or Akamai (who hosts Google's DNS) was having issues, at least on their bay area mirrors. I dunno. All seems well now, though.
