In the active users list I presume emboldening means moderator. What does it mean when someone's name appears in italics?

For anyone who's too lazy to click the link: italics mean staff member (some of whom are mods). Bold means administrator.

So to be a staff member you just need a certain leaning but to be an administrator you have to boldly mod where no-one has modded before. :D
