Default Time Stamp on posts

Why is the time stamp off by 3 hours. I keep going to my profile, thinking I didn't set it for EST, but I have. According to me it is 11:33 pm, not 8:33pm.
How do I fix?

For your time zone, FGM, I think you need to set it for GMT -1.

This has been covered numerous times in other threads, some with activity as recent as yesterday:

I must be the only person in this forum that really appreciates the mixed up time stamps. This way "nobody" can wonder at the times I was posting in AG instead of getting ready for work or actually working.

Next time your employer asks you what you do during work hours you could always point in the direction of adventuregamers, or maybe not.
