By Request: Staff Forum IDs in Profiles

Since a couple people have requested it, we just added a new field to the staff profile pages (alá http://www.adventuregamers.com/about/staff.php?id=25) with forum info and direct links to profiles and PMs.

It makes the staff profiles look a bit more professional, which is good.
