Your favourite Discworld character
I'm sure a lot of people here would have read at least one of Pratchett's excellent Discworld series. So who's your favourite character amongst so many of Pratchett's creation?
Mine has to be Susan. No one else I'd ever come across could make the poker such a potent weapon. |

Do I have to pick? Death, I'd say. Or Granny Weatherwax. Favourite sidecharacter is Cut-me-own-throat Dibbler.

Oooh, there are too many.
I'll try. Death, Death of Rats, Susan Sto Helit, Quoth (the Raven), Pteppic, Rincewind, Angua, Moist von Lipwig, Maledict , (Sir) Samuel Vimes, Nobby, Lord Vetinari, The Duckman, Foul Ol' Ron ("Millenium Hand and Shrimp!"), and so many more (I really like the Night Watch). Quote:

I like Carrot. And Maladict is cool, for obvious reasons.
And last but not least, Lord Vetinari, the unkillable.

They're called the Nac McFeegle (remind me to buy "Hat Full of Sky" soon). Or the "Wee Free Men". They're Pictsies (yes, that's spelled correctly). Also, how about the Death of Fleas? -

I though Detritus was a great character. I laughed for a long while after reading his marching song in City Watch.

Death.
I used to read them fanatically until Prattchett started going around in circles and realised Mort will forever be his best work.
